Our Story
Homeways Group is an international group of companies with construction and real estate development at its core, complemented by diversified trading operations across Pakistan, the UAE and Saudi Arabia. That identity was decades in the making — tracing back to 1991, when Sparco Construction, founded by the family that leads the Group today, began a journey that would span more than three decades of building, development and enterprise.
Starting in public-sector contracting, Sparco grew into an established construction company, delivering large-scale infrastructure and development projects for government and internationally funded programmes, including projects supported by the World Bank and the Asian Development Bank. This experience built deep execution capability across complex, high-value public infrastructure — and laid the foundation on which the Group would continue to expand.
That foundation became a platform for growth. The business moved into private-sector construction, high-rise commercial projects, real estate and urban development — extending its capabilities from executing projects to creating and developing assets of its own. As the next generation joined the business, an established construction legacy gained new momentum, broader ambition and an increasingly international outlook.
Sparco Construction remains part of the Group today, as one of its founding member companies, alongside Homeways' trading, contracting and real estate businesses. Decades of trust. Generations of growth. The scale has changed, the reach has expanded and the capabilities have evolved — but the principles on which the business was built remain firmly intact.

That is the standard we hold ourselves to at Homeways, in every undertaking we pursue and every relationship we form. It is a simple standard, but not an easy one, and it is the reason I remain confident in where we are headed.
